Grand Chu Hotel, Shenzhen

The Grand Chu hotel has an impressive exterior and is conveniently located near public transport and shopping areas. However, my experience was marred by poor service and uncomfortable room conditions. While the location is great for exploring nearby attractions, the lack of basic services and amenities, such as ice for injuries and comfortable bedding, left much to be desired.
